ReplyDeleteSocial entrepreneurs are needed to change the way this world works. We have to create humans before anything else, that's why Ashoka has success inspiring others to adopt and spread their innovations - demonstrating to all citizens that they too have the potential to be powerful changemakers.
That's what we all need. Real entrepenurs who undestand the employee and create a great atmosphere among employees. Low morale is a common problem in a lot of companies today because of bad managenment.
